Comprehensive assessment:

Pre- assessment questionnaire returned and analysed before the consultation
Pre-session 5 day food diary returned and analysed in advance of the consultation (when required)
Video and photographic footage of feeding/eating (if required) sent and analysed prior to the consultation.
Face to face assessment of myofunctional, feeding and/or speech if applicable, including oral examination and oral motor assessment as appropriate
Written report including feeding plan if appropriate

Initial Assessment Only:
